Hey Esther.

Thanks for your hard work during the SYF period. I heard the difference between the time when SYF was only 2 weeks away and during SYF day itself. Though it was a bronze, I still believe my ears that it's between bronze and silver. Maybe they round down. Just accept that in life there's no grey region. Anyway, even if we sustained, it should just be by luck. And those who worked even harder may feel that it's unfair to them.

Now it's your time to groom the juniors to be leaders ye. ^^ This is the most important and meaningful part of your days as a BM, because you can take credit if the next batch achieves something. xD Note: Don't be biased when choosing though.
